Solid 1! Tried to work the wifi in the room and constantly getting disconnected. Tried to speak with someone in charge of the rooms and was referred to the “casino manager” Damien, who promptly told me they didn’t have wifi as too expensive and that was the norm across Australia. Funny because the room instructions come with wifi and a password and it works in the bottle shop. When you book a heap room at a pub, you don't expect luxury. But you do expect a reasonable level of cleanliness, hospitality, security, sound-proofing within reason and curtains that will block out the light. The rooms are no smoking, but it is really obvious it's been happening. The smell hits you when you walk in. It isn't helped that the air conditioners probably haven't been cleaned since they were installed.
