Worst customer service ever
This place is a joke, I’ve been trying to cancel my service for 2 months now….will not respond or call back……do your self a favor and do not do business with these people!
The day they install the cooler is the last time you'll see them. Cooler has been broken for 2 weeks and they told me they don't know when they'll get to it, they only have 2 technicians for ALL of NY, NJ, PA. Stay away from this joke of a company.

We have tried to reach them, unsuccessfully. They dont send their bills on time and there is no one to discuss this with. A pathetic company
