Chris with Waterlink was amazing! He was driving by our house and saw a leak in our yard and came up to the door to let us know. From there he offered to turn our water off and contact our warranty coordinator, which he did and was able to find the problem and get it fixed within the hour! He did not have to do any of that right then and there, so we are very thankful for him and his exceptional services! Very knowledgable and such a nice guy!

I just moved into the Longleaf community. Sprinklers weren’t working quite right so I was trying to figure it out. Charlie was driving by, saw me struggling with it, stopped and helped me out. Turns out my program was all wrong which he fixed. He also tested and adjusted my sprinklers (and showed me how to do it.) beyond that, he saw some that needed replaced and took care of those. WaterLink installed my irrigation system as an original part of the subdivision. Since then, they made the adjustments necessary prior to the pool contractors digging a big hole. After the pool was finished they reconfigured the system to account for the pool cage and the new landscaping. Today they were out for a tuneup after the new sod has settled in place. Cecil and his crew have been fabulous!

Have been waiting nearly 3 months to receive an invoice for the work performed at my rental property. No response back from Waterlink whatsoever. Horrible communication! Do you leave all your customers hanging like this? I just need the invoice- it's 1 piece of paper!!
