Moved out recently, room is fine and amenity is gorgeous from outside looking. But if you decided to live here, be prepared that the management team will force you to pay everything damaged even if it’s not made by you. (I have photos attached) And they will never never reply you anything and when you reach out, they will say I will call you back , which they never did. I give up because I do not have time to discuss it but you deserve this 1 star. Front desk people are nice btw
The leasing office at Waterline Square is amazing. Such a seamless process from application to approval. I couldn’t recommend them more. 8/30/25 Update: I've been loving living at Two Waterline. I’ve lived here for years, and what started out as the most luxurious building in Manhattan has tumbled into such a disappointing to live. The space is undeniably beautiful, but it’s astounding how poorly run the building is, and it causes real problems for residents. Understaffing is a huge concern - compared to others in the area, and even specifically WS Building 2 over Buildings 1 and 3. There was a literal slashing in the lobby (covered on ABC7 NY if you search it), and no improvements since then. The front desk should always be manned, there should be security, and the doormen (who are wonderful human beings! and so overloaded!) should not be leaving to go get packages. PS: Notice how all the 5 star reviews are coming from people who have just worked with leasing to move in, so Waterline must be doing some sort of promotion to keep their rating high.
