Atilla came to assess problems I was having with water running down from my shower as well as replacing the drain hardware. Sounds simple enough but he had to saw through old metal to remove the hardware. It was challenging but he did it. Then he determined that the original installation was too far in which caused the dripping. We ordered the part, he returned a few days later and installed the new fitting.
