My community has been trying to have Waterline fix a warrantied seawall they installed for over 8 months now. They have time and again promised to come out and resolve the issue but have yet to make any effort to resolve the issue. Still to this day there have been no repairs and the collapsing panel is causing a sink hole that is a liability to the community. The company seemed great when we initially paid them to install the seawall but their lack of effort to fix a faulty install should be a word of caution to others.
