I went to Ariel during a time when I was beside myself with anxiety and depression. My mind couldn’t stop spinning out and my body felt both jittery and drained with weakness. I have been going to Waterlily Wellness for a while now and I cannot stress enough how helpful treatment has been for me in managing back, shoulder and neck pain. I've had the pleasure of working with Katia, Ariel and Lace and they are all extremely knowledgeable, patient and caring, they truly have your best interest in mind. I always leave feeling so much better than I did going in!
I have been seeing Lace for about a month, and I cannot stress enough how helpful this treatment has been for me. As someone with chronic upper back and shoulder pain, I have tried everything from massage to physical therapy to yoga. Acupuncture at Waterlilly Wellness has been the only thing to alleviate the constant aching pain.
