I’ve been going to Waterlily for over a year for lower back pain and it’s been such a great experience! I started with Ariel and now see Lace - both are so kind, patient, and are genuinely great at what they do. I’ve gotten more relief from my back pain here than I ever did doing PT. Really glad I found this place!

I went to Ariel during a time when I was beside myself with anxiety and depression. My mind couldn’t stop spinning out and my body felt both jittery and drained with weakness. Ariel listened to me with compassion and asked very pointed questions about what might be causing the anxiety, how I was eating and sleeping, and where the feelings of anxiety manifested in my body.
