My experience with Waterlily Wellness is truly a 10/10! Lace is a spectacular practitioner and I have felt real improvement in my pain, sleep, and quality of life. Lace has been absolutely lovely to work with! In 2 months my body has shifted and progressed so well. I’ve been going to Waterlily for over a year for lower back pain and it’s been such a great experience! I started with Ariel and now see Lace - both are so kind, patient, and are genuinely great at what they do. I’ve gotten more relief from my back pain here than I ever did doing PT.
