Ashton and Eric have played a huge role in putting me back together again and helping me function on a daily basis. I am a plumber and have had numerous nagging injuries that I let go unaddressed. Erik is kind and realistic in his approach to your performance. He guided me through multiple surgeries and prepared me with an appropriate rehabilitation program before getting back to strength training. His referrals for other specific work has been perfect for my needs, as well. Lots of parking and a wide open space for strengthening, and private rooms for rehab and injury work that needs privacy. Friendly and skilled-what more can you ask for?!
Erik has been working on my ailments from sports or car accident related injuries on and off for 15 years and has provided me excellent care and really just drove me to healing and back to activity in the best form possible. I am able to use the advice and exercises from Erik over the years for success and he is always ready to help with any new injuries. I saw four different physical therapists before I found Waterland Performance. After years of constantly having pain, Erik and his team helped diagnose, and heal my body, and I am forever grateful! The sad part is that after completing my physical therapy, I don't get to see them because my issues are gone.... that is the true sign of a good physical therapist.
