I hired ***** and Waterjack to design and build my dock on ***************. 18 months into the project ***** says he can't build my dock and literally pulls the rug out from under me. Most unprofessional experience I have encountered in my 57 years on this planet. I can't think of dragging a customer along for 18 months - and then say to him "sorry - good bye".
