The women that works here with the piercings and glasses is very rude. I have been coming to this wateria for over 10 years and she starts working here the customer service dramatically drops. She gets easily overwhelmed when there is a large line. She asked me to turn my phone down while in line when it was loud for maybe 3 seconds(didn’t realize I had it so loud). Not sure whats going on with your water system? Ive been coming here for years and now your oxygen water does not taste the same? It tastes like tap water with chlorine. It may be your new hires.

I've been coming here for a few years , even though there is a cheaper places down the street from the house. The older gentleman with a spikey haircut that used to work here was always cool and respectful, so I came for the service. But the new kids they have working are just rude and lack work ethic. Specifically the 2 small framed males , 1 with colored hair, the other with long curly hair (appears male, might be female).
