Lady that answers the phone is kind of... comes off as a little rude. My first time ever calling she acted like I should know exactly what I'm talking about and how scheduling an appointment goes. Just gave the feeling like me having questions was a waste of her time. Guy that came to my house to change my filter was really nice though. Did his job quick, knew what he was doing and was just a nice dude. Wish I remember his name to give him a shout out because he's the only reason this isn't a 1 star review.
