I recently had family looking to sell a Northshore property for an elderly family member. Mr Waterhouse is dishonest and unprofessional. Beware, he is not independent and will lie to your face when questioned about it. He told me he had not received any information from the other party when in fact they had been in contact and been provided information by the other party. He was derogatory of another independent valuer and tried to assert himself by asserting that he the President of the Valuers Association.
