Mr Waterhouse is dishonest and unprofessional. Beware, he is not independent and will lie to your face when questioned about it. He told me he had not received any information from the other party when in fact they had been in contact and been provided information by the other party. He was derogatory of another independent valuer and tried to assert himself by asserting that he the President of the Valuers Association. I have found Paul Waterhouse and his team to be very professional and reliable. I should know - I have had the misfortune of learning first hand what bad valuers can be like - I cannot more highly recommend Waterhouse valuation services. Both for residential and commercial properties.
