I can't speak for the quality of their work. But their driver for one of the work vans was driving like an absolute maniac over by North Plainfield route 22. Driver had no regard for the rules of driving and almost caused an accident. When I called their business to complain, the guy who answered said he knew who it was but there was nothing he could do, and that I should call the police. Basically, he didn't care. If that's how they are with dealing with problems, I would never hire them to work in my home or business.
Installed on 9/22 new 6 yr warranty they have had to have reem come out 2 times to my home because the waterheater turns off it had a defective part..they dint take responsibility for the actual water heater unit they peddle the problem to Reem the manufacturers they do reachout to Reem that is it..but they select in my opinion refervished units or bad units to install in your home..NOT GOOD
Hired them them to install a new water heater, 1st unit didnt work? they contacted Rheem to replace Rheem came and replaced the unit and that didn't work correctly either so a senior tech came out and said its a venting issue that the sealed unit doesn't vent properly and unit should be power vented. So after spending 1600 for install they tell me its an additional 2500 to install the power vented unit?? No credit for the unit that isn't correct and when asked about it the owner says he did everything correctly and has never... read more
