I've never been to this medical centre as I live in Butler, where Dr Vivier was previously. The reason I'm posting this is to say that he looked much better with a SHORT beard! The one he has now makes him look like a member of ZZ Top!
Waterhall Medical Centre is a great medical practice. Appointment times are well managed, and waiting times are minimal. The doctors I’ve seen are professional, and the administrative staff are friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend this practice.
Dr Jasmine Pradhan is phenomenal. I have been trying to find a Dr in my area who my daughter and I would regularly see, however with no luck. Waterhall Medical is 20 minutes from my home, but I would gladly drive that every time to see Dr Pradhan. She is currently seeing me through my second pregnancy. She is thorough, spends time explaining details and test results and treats me like a person - not just trying to rush through appointments. Would recommend her to anyone and everyone!
I’m Still waiting for DrJasmine Pradham to respond to my email sent 3 months ago, reception staff confirmed it was received . My email requested a response from Dr. Pradham on her reasonings of why my file was ticked with “no further follow up “ from a recently diagnosed disease . Dr Pradham referred me to a Specialist. On the same day of this visit the Specialist sent a detailed email to Dr.Pradham, of which he requested Dr. Pradham to arrange for a further outpatient procedure to manage this new disease.
