Serious Safety Concerns - Allowing personal convenience to override resident safety I am extremely disappointed with the lack of safety awareness shown by Watergate Security. On 1/2/26 the night security allowed a tenant to park a truck that blocked the main building entrance, the driveway, and dog relief area. This was done knowingly.
