Just ordered my 2nd boat from Waterfront and Mark was very professional and it went great. Nice to have a local dealer that takes care of you, and listens to your needs.
The Google listing shows the store hours on Saturday as 9-2 and their own website says the same. Heck, even the hours shown on the store front say 9-2. Drive an hour and show up at 11 on a Saturday....closed. According to shop next door, keeps his own hours and shows up whenever. Good luck with this guy.
At all costs DO NOT bring your boat here. Dropped my boat off Memorial Day of 2020. Received it absolutely trashed from sitting out in the elements one year and a month later. Not fixed. Floor rotted out. Engine bay cover ripped off the screws. I’m going to have to go through small claims court to attempt to recoup the thousands of dollars of damage incurred while in his possession. Asked for repair - They ended up keeping the boat for 2-1/2 months without fixing. Communication was very poor, I had to call them to find out what was going on and the answer I got was they didn't get to it yet. Eventually told me they couldn't do the repair (after I purchased additional parts through them) but I was told they called a dealer in Green Bay and I should go there.
