I had two appointments with Dr. Wat. She rushed in and out both times. She gave me no info. about the procedure and no time to ask questions. She only said that the procedure was very simple and would look like small mosquito bites afterwards. The little spots I had on my face were barely noticeable and of no concern. I had a deeply disappointing experience at this clinic. Dr. Wat’s demeanor was cold and dismissive from the start, showing zero interest in explaining the procedure or addressing my concerns. She was so impatient that she told me to get onto the examination chair myself before she had even lowered it, showing a complete lack of concern for my comfort or safe. Dr Wat surgically removed basal cel carcinoma from my forehead, and after about two months there is absolutely no scarring whatsoever. Very professional and highly skilled. Totally recommend this Clinic!
