I had a cyst removed from my shoulder right before Christmas. They did the job, but I waited for ever for my procedure to start, and the doctor was running around all their operating rooms to a few surgeries at once. The procedure seemed rushed, and the stitch job looked heinous, but they said it would heal back to normal in a couple weeks. My GP referred me to Dr. Douglas Wu for several moles of medical concern. It has been over 3 months, I have left messages for the past 3 weeks, and nobody has contacted me. Happy to consider revising my review if I ever get a callback or appointment.
Dr. Heidi Wat and her team at Waterfront Skin and Laser were professional, helpful, and personable. The front-desk and clinical assistants were, without exception, efficient and kind. My GP referred me for day surgery for the removal of confirmed skin cancer. I was relieved that Dr. Wat was able to see me almost right away. There was virtually no wait at all. I had one of the most positive experience in a medical setting. Dr. Wat and her staff were helpful, kind and patient, it was so relaxing that I could have taken a nap if I had to wait for a while.
