They have the worst possible customer service ever. Clearly in the wrong but obstinate about just waiting for some future date to get back to us and missing commitments back to me right and left. I will actively avoid parking anywhere they have the contract and will be doing whatever I can behind the scenes to make sure they get their contracts cancelled. The government should not allow them to operate.
Great spot for chilling. Basically free since they never give tickets here. Would recommend if you're a big parking lot chiller
