I had been searching for a veterinarian for my dog Maverick for a few years after we moved to North Vancouver. At our very first meeting I knew we had found the right person. Maverick is a very nervous sheltie and Dr Christine got right down on the floor beside him and fed him some treats. She only continued the exam once he was comfortable. I cannot say enough about how great the whole team was. Our very sick doggo needed multiple visits and a surgery and the care she received was top notch. I would recommend them to any pet owner.
Our 19 year-old cat started to fail on a Sunday and we had to find a vet quickly. Even though we hadn't used Waterfront Park Vet Clinic in the past they offered to see him, staying open for us. We were so impressed with the care and compassion they provided. In general, we were impressed by the business from staff to cleanliness of the rooms. The only veterinary clinic I trust for my cats and dog! The whole team is amazing and so patient, even with my scared and very loud dog. Over the years every issue my animals had was handled with a professional, no-nonsense approach. I also really value how clearly things are explained, which helps me feel comfortable and confident about the decisions for my pets. Several times my animals needed urgent care and they made time right away, so I never had to go somewhere else. Thanks so much from Noa, Tilly and Lexi!
