Very disappointed with this venue. We paid $3,000 as our first payment and had a date scheduled, but due to personal reasons we decided not to move forward. Even though no services had been provided yet, they refused to refund anything or work with us. Unprofessional and not understanding. I wouldn’t recommend booking here.
Waterfront park is a beautiful venue, with very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I went there for a company event and it was stunning. The food, the decor, everything! The staff had everything covered!
Waterfront Parks unfortunately does not transparently advertise their space. The website depicts a modern wedding venue, however, it does not depict that the venue is inside of the Shriners Society. The website does not even state that it is located inside the Shriners building, only at the very bottom of the website is a partnership mentioned. Booked a venue tour only to be very surprised upon arrival.
Lovely venue and amazing staff! Food is always so good! Great place for events!
