Nice place and a great community
The first house we've ever built and we are extremely happy. Paul and his team are great, and we will recommend them to everyone!
We built a home on the Peninsula in Waterfront, moving in 1 ½ years ago. The home is beautifully designed and exceptionally well-built. All standard features are upgrades. Visiting drapery installers and other contractors have frequently commented on how “straight the walls are” and how quality the finish work is. We are delightedwith our new homebuilt by Paul Shoopman's team. It was our first experience purchasing a custom-built home, but the process went quitesmoothly,and Paul's teamwas promptto respond to questions we had. My family came to visit from out of state, they all complimented our house on its craftsmanship and attention to detail. Theyespecially enjoy relaxing in our backyard in the afternoons and taking in the view of the lake. Priceless.
