So these guys moved, left no notification so I spent an hour trying to find them. I called and got no answer but businesses neighbours told me where they had moved by moomoos ice cream so I gave it a try. When I did finally find the business they told me they only did arrangements by pre-order only and I told them I tried to call in an order and the phone was disconnected and was told the line was not set-up yet. Very frustrating experience and very unprofessional to not leave a forwarding address or current phone number.

Went to get flowers for my wife for our anniversary. Was "greeted" at door by a surly older woman. Inquired if they had flowers. Either cut or potted. Rudely advised they didn't have any. Don't get it. The store says flowers and there are flowers shown on website. Kind of a bad omen for anniversary. She got a card instead. Not my first choice. I tried.
