Always pleasant and uplifting environment! Was seen same day for tooth pain, recieved a root canal and worked with me to make sure I kept my tooth. My 12 year old son and my daughter all come here, great place for the whole family to recieve honest care. Thank you!
Dentist Rossow didn't believe I wasn't numb & was very rude to me. As tears kept flowing down my face he didn't care & told me to stop making sounds. Finally the helper stood up for me & said she's definitely feeling it. He got angry. He went ahead & gave me more shots but was visibly mad about it & rough with the injections. I left still crying & will never go back.
My Daughter was a new patient there. Today she came home crying and upset from her appointment to get her cavity filled. She said Dentist Russo was unprofessional and yelled at her for asking questions out of inexperience. She was nervous about getting a shot to numb her tooth and she didn’t know about the shot. She had a bit of a panic attack and the docs response was less then professional. He was Agressive and made her feel very uncomfortable
