Their hygiennist "Kristy" is very friendly and pays close attention to detail. I now feel rather dumb for waiting so long yo get a deep cleaning done.. I admit I was rather nervous about it. However, it was very easy, and even the numbing shots weren't that bad.The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The doctor is very direct and to the point. If you want proper care, this is the place to go for quick ,correct, and direct services. I would recommend this office to anyone who asks me. Sam

As a new patient I saw Dr. Rossow at this office for the replacement of 6 front crowns, a significant project. All went very well until the day of permanent placement. After leaving the office, I realized I would need a bite adjustment. I was slamming down hard on my bicuspids and it was starting to hurt. I called the office within a couple of hours of my morning appointment and reported the issue. Horrible place to go for any work at all! Do not bring your kids there. They have absolutely no patience for anybody and are ignorant as hell!
