Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. We got our scuba gear here before a trip to the Caribbean; a few months later, I know I got the right information, the right gear, and have full support of the staff when a question arises. Thanks Waterfront!
I was unable to get my scuba license but I was absolutely blown away by the helpfulness of the staff and the way the teachers (Kraig and Ski) bent over backwards to help me. I would highly recommend them to anyone for any service they offer and will be going back to them the moment I can! The time I spent with them was an exceptionally positive experience.

I got certified in dry suits this weekend and I have taken a few other classes here. The staff and the instructors are always amazingly helpful and friendly. You could not ask for a better experience !!
After an email exchange ascertaining that WD carried the gear we needed, we made trip to B-town. Not only did we have EXCELLENT service, GREAT gear, but we were able to order a special size bottom for my bottom, in a wet suit. Shopping locally not only got what we needed at WD, we were very pleased to find our purchase costing the same or less than what we had viewed shopping online.
