I had a crown fall off while visiting from out of province and they not only fit me in but the service was superb. Thanks to Dr Paul and staff I will make it a point to return next year for my regular visits. I am also referring family to them as well. Thanks
So i just want to say i have been going to waterfront dentistry for yrs when Dr Hern was the owner. I always enjoyed all of the staff great people they are. My issue is i seen Dr Yazdi once and as a new client she done xrays and whatever else which were covered under my benefits . Then she said she wanted to send me to kingston to another dentist to do 3D xrays because she doesn't do root canals and i will need an implant and a tooth next to the bad tooth was chipped and i said to her my benefits just covered the xrays she j... read more

I had a crown procedure done at this dental office due to significant damage to my tooth, which I fully acknowledge was necessary because it was my fault. However, A month after the procedure, I experienced persistent pain and reached out for follow up support. I was advised to wait 6–8 weeks as the issue was attributed to jaw tension.
