I came in to Windsor for my appointment and there was a little girl barefoot about four years old running around the waiting room. Her shoes were left in the middle of the floor, and Her iPad was left on one of the chairs in the seating area at a high volume . The extremely nice secretary was on the phone with a patient and had somebody standing in line waiting for her when I entered. As soon as you step in everyone is warm,welcoming and just amazing.
My experience at Water front dealing with the dentist was not a good one,he never really took time to talk to me with a sincere concern about what I needed to do,as a first time patient I don't need you tou totally cater to me but show me some type of concern for me to make the right decision moving forward. Also if I ask questions,I need for the dentist not to feel insulted from my questioning,and being too quick and almost dismissive.HORRIBLE FIRST IMPRESSION!!
This dental place is awesome! They fit me in fast for emergency! The surgeon and doctors are kind, caring & compassionate. Easy to talk to. This place is clean. Lots of great parking space here too! The staff is friendly! The nurse and front desk are kind and caring! For me it like seeing family not my dentist. I’m happy I found waterfront!
