I strongly recommend Waterford West Medical Centre for those needing health care. I have been a patient for many years and the care my family and I have received has been outstanding. The professionalism, care and compassion shown by my doctor, Tim Chan, has been amazing. On occasion, I have needed to see other doctors and they too have done a great job. Don't waste your time, worst GPs ever. Can't even open on time.
Waited over 1 hour they are hopeles
Called for a simple question, got cut off before I could even finish my sentence not once but multiple times and when I calmly told them that I do find it quite rude and unprofessional, (because it is), I get hung up on. Great to see that you guys are so busy that you can’t answer a simple question and get offended when someone calls you out on being disrespectful.
