I had outpatient surgery here and they were so amazing. The nurses and entire staff could not have been nicer.
I was at the Waterford Surgical Center in August 2024 having my left eye operated on. The care I was given was professional, considerate, and with a generous amount of human warmth. From the time I arrived to the time I left, three hours in all. I could not have been more pleased. Hey, they have a coffee/refreshment center in the waiting room, comfy chairs, & TV. This place is better equipped than a Hospital for those waiting to take you home.
Great experience! Clean and staff is super attentive! So much better than a hospital! Highly recommend!
One of the worst decisions I've ever made coming here for a surgery with Doctor Tootla. So many reasons, but I'll start from the top. Woke up from surgery with my face scraped up. While I was anaethetized I was dragged on my face off the surgery bed. No apology, and not even an explanation by any of the staff. Just me waking up from anaesthesia, high as could be with my face burning like nothing else. I didn't even know what had happened until I looked in the mirror a few hours later.
