I had an excellent experience at this surgical facility. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel comfortable and well cared for. Everyone—from the front desk to the nurses and surgical team—was professional, kind, and reassuring. The facility was clean, organized, and efficient. I was given clear explanations about every step of the process, and the staff took the time to answer all my questions. The care I received before, during, and after my procedure was exceptional.
This facility is great, the people were very helpful things flowed smoothly. My wife had a procedure done here and when she came back from surgery when she woke up the nerve block was unsuccessful. We had to be here at 12:30, surgery was 1:30ish and when she came out and was in severe pain Marne the nurse was so compassionate, caring and wonderful they have true gem in her. Everyone here was super friendly and patient. I was really nervous since I had never had surgery before. They answered all my questions and put all my worries at ease. I had great care which made me feel super comfortable and helped my nerves.
very rude front desk staff
This does not apply to the surgeon or the doctor's in this facility. This is to the woman at the front desk the blonde that scolded me for being too early. My appointment was originally at 8:00 a.m. My doctor's office called had a cancellation that morning ,and asked me if I could be there at 7:30 a.m. I made it there at 7:35 and was scolded and treated like garbage!!! I in turn told her I was called to come in early!!! She was so rude to everyone!!! My aunt was waiting for me and she said that she was snapping at everyone!!... read more
