Would not recommend renting or buying here. Issues with water ingress happening on rainy days, ventilation in apartments has had massive issues, where some apartments aren't meeting minimum housing standards. You'll see people drying their laundry on the balconies most likely for this reason. Apartments are built very poorly and sound insulation is non existent. Good apartments! But the flats are a little small!
The cafe has really beautiful food and reasonably priced.Amenities are pretty cool as well
