Heard today that residents are being forced to use a particular internet service, I know of 1 resident who has internet service that is $20 cheaper than what they are stating you need to pay, what a kick in the butt for retirement age folks who are on limit incomes being forced for this change, check your lease agreements before wanting to live in this mobile home park where you pay $450 a month for rent with no amenities....

They will take your home that you own from you and sale it if you get behind on lot rent Instead of working with you they just make another person family homeless would not purchase a home from them
