If you are MILITARY. I would not recommend this complex! ALL MILITARY should NOT live in these apartments. Do NOT fall for the “no deposit” for military or military discount off rent. You will have the worst experience dealing with AC and management and moving out. This is not only coming from me (a previous tenant), but two other tenants in the past four years that have had consistent issues that are still an issue today.

RecommendedI've absolutely loved living at these apartments, the maintenance is always on top of fixing any issues that have come up and the office staff are all extremely kind and a special shout out to Kristy who is wonderful at what she does and answers any questions I have politely and with clarity.
The new management is horrible. I have numerous things going in my apartment, from air conditioning going out every summer and taking weeks to get fix, to things breaking down and getting the run around from the staff. They over charge for late fees when it's their mistake, can't find correction information or was documented properly for leasing agreements. I would not reccomend this place at all.
