I would like to say kudos to Fidencio de maintenance men and his helper Veronica to come to my apartment # 2211 and fixed my heater. My Air condition wasn't working yesterday so I spoke about that in the resident portal I couldn't find the section where I can place a work order to fixe my Heater. He mentioned that he has other work orders to work but if he has time He will go and fix my heater. Thank you so much Fidencio and veronica for take the time and came to my Apt and fixed it.
