Waterford clinic is the worst clinic I have seen ever.My daughter had fever doctor wrote some test we went to Dynacare they asked us to get more forms filled and advise they cannot do these test here . We went back 2nd time to get more forms filled . Went to seven oak to get blood work done we waited 2 hours at hospital for our turn they send us back that no information is filled on the forms by your doctor went back 3rd time to doctor and now we found he is off today. The worst service ever on reception. I called them many times they know my number so always put me on massage .doctors are really good specially Dr randhawa.she is the most kind and caring doctor. But the reception girl grewal is so rude .even am trying from morning till evening but no response. Disappointed.
There no help what so ever. You would be better going to dominos and asking the guy working the counter!
Dr. Indraine and Dr. Mann are wonderful doctors who attends to their patients needs and concerns. Unfortunately, the receptionist needs to be more professional in dealing with patients inquiries and with following up the patients prescriptions refill. The staff seems clueless and doesn’t know what they’re doing. When I went for a walk-in the staff were unhelpful and doesn’t show any concern. I also work in healthcare, And in my experience, compassion and care goes a long way specially if dealing with sick and vulnerable.
