The reception staff were incredibly welcoming and professional during my visit today. They managed everything smoothly, answered all my questions with patience, and made the experience pleasant and stress-free. Excellent service!
Receptionist was rude, unhelpful, and didn’t explain anything. Bad attitude and no care for patients.
AVOID THIS CLINIC. PLEASE BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS. Looking for a new doctor& booked myself here. Despite the bad reviews I decided to give it a chance but should've really trusted the bad reviews & not proceeded. Waste of time! I left literally crying. Imagine taking time off work just to see a doctor & tell you "I cannot take you as a patient" right when you walked in to the room. Worst experience.
Not a patient but came for the walk in clinic. Receptionist was helpful. Told an hour wait but was seen by Dr Unarain within 30 mins. She was professional, thorough and helped me with the next steps for my treatment. Happy to recommend.
