Their HVAC provider left my door unlocked all day and all night, or, which I found to be unlocked when I arrived home around 11 P.M., after they serviced my HVAC unit earlier in the day, ~ and I kindly asked the tech before I left to go to work, to please lock the door when he finished . He did not, so they are in breach of my Agreement with them (the Landlord) as well as Negligence, and breach of security or of NOT securing the dwelling where I reside.
