Quiet, with quiet neighbors, despite being close to I-65
RecommendedGreat place to stay. Very calm and quiet community and I loved how fast the staff responded to maintenance requests! The leasing staff was also extremely helpful and pleasant!

UPDATE 7.3.19 Would you believe that after over a month of being moved out of this apartment we're still dealing with them? There is another review stating that you get charged a massive water bill upon move out. It's true! It's true that they also send you to collections. We got a letter from collections LESS THAN A MONTH after moving out. My husband called to talk to them about it. After several times calling the office and getting no response, we sent them an email. My kids & I love it here!! It's so peaceful & clean. All the staff are phenomenal! Very prompt when attending to anything. I'm happy we came here.
This is HOME! Friendly office staff, great value for how nice the apartments are and the community amenities, and maintenance that is top-notch and FAST! Convenient to I-40, shopping, dining. This tops anything you're going to find in this area. I love my apartment, and I love my home. If you're hesitant about it, talk to Karen in the office, she will take great care of you! I'm very happy and proud to say I live here.
I have lived in the community a few months now and have settled comfortably. The outside common areas are kept up nicely and neighbors are quite. There are plenty of trees and areas to walk pets. Above all, the staff is AMAZING. The maintenance workers are prompt and professional every time. All of the employees that work for this community complex are nice, but there is one that stands out over all; Amy.
