I’ve lived here for nine months and noticed that experiences can vary, which is understandable because everyone’s situation is different. Personally, my experience has been wonderful. The office staff has always been friendly and helpful. Shandell Rice has been exceptionally kind and professional each time I needed assistance. I truly appreciate the great customer service.
Even though my mother has moved out, and it has been a couple of years, I often think about how this complex illegally would not allow me to visit her, without charging her for a pet fee, even when I was willing to show her the medical papers for my service animal. Not “emotional support” . They litterally illegally charged my mother for any time I would visit with a medical aid service animal.
I had a wonderful experience touring this property. The property is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is professional and nice. A special thank you to Eboni for being so helpful, attentive, and professional throughout the process. Her customer service truly made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.
I am very satisfied with the services from my apartment here at Waterford Landing.They help me out a lot of times when I needed help for my work order And they answers all my questions. Thanks to Gina and Shandell for their great service, I recommend Waterford Landing to anyone looking for a place. You will not disappointed. Just ask for these two ladies. Great costumer service!
