I cannot say enough good things about my leasing agent Ms. Shadell! From the very first interaction, she was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. She made the entire leasing process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. Every question I had was answered promptly and clearly, and I truly felt like she had my best interest in mind the entire time. I HIGHLY recommend everyone go to her when thinking about moving into these apartments. If I could rate her ten stars I would.

I had a great experience speaking with Shadell—honestly, I wish she was the leasing agent we initially worked with when choosing our unit. She was very kind, informative, and seemed to genuinely care about the tenants and their overall experience. I really feel like she would have been more upfront about the exact location and unit options, which might have influenced us to choose a different unit or property altogether. Waterford landing apartments is a beautiful property. The property manager Shadell Rice had played very crucial role in providing all the details and given us exactly what we were looking for in a unit. She answered all our questions with patience. I would recommend this community for whoever is looking for a home. I highly recommend Ms. Shadell Rice.
