My experience so far with Women’s health center lake underhill location has been nothing but positive. The office and rooms are clean and smell nice! There’s always soap and toilet paper in the bathrooms, which also are extremely clean! Caroline at the desk is super friendly and professional when greeting, and making my follow up appointments! If I could give this place a negative rating I would. This was my first pregnancy experience and I decided to come to this office for my needs. I was told by Campbell that I was gaining too much weight during my pregnancy. I was also not informed on specifics of my test results/ultrasounds and felt like I had to force the information out of them. Goodluck trying to get this office to answer their phone, you can leave several voicemails and they’ll never get back to you! You can pay for paperwork to get filled out and it will not be filled out. And they’ll violate HIPAA by yelling out test results in front of everyone. Theres so much more but I am so irritated with this office, a review isn't enough.
I absolutely love NP Campbell and her nurses. They are great, no long waiting. NP Campbell goes over all test results explains everything answers all questions. She really takes her time with her patients. Thank you for the great service 😊
