The Waterford Hotel Group manages the Dauphine Hotel in New Orleans, Louisiana. This review is about the condition and my experience at the Dauphine Hotel. I stayed at the Dauphine hotel on February 16-18th 2026. I booked the Hermann house suite, as I walked to my room 240 I noticed large rat traps in the courtyard and I very strong smell of urine. After experiencing poor treatment by a Hilton hotel manager in Arkansas I contacted the President of this company, who represent the owner of said hotel. He called me personally to receive my complaint and resolved the matter in a few short hours. Professional, patient and prompt! Definitely the kind of company you want to hire to represent you and your business.
