The nursing staff is amazing.... But the doctors I can't claim that. I have PTSD and have been constantly harassed by a female patient every day. I address the issue with the current doctor who doesn't seem to understand that me being harassed by another patient (opposite sex) is making me worse. I've asked to be transfered to another ward, no go. I have also been a victim of "rape by deception" which I discussed with the psychiatrist, who told me once someone consents to sex it isn't rape, Canadian law states differently. A... read more

I would rather suffer with mental health issues in silence than ever think of going here during a crisis. After witnessing what friends and family experienced, I wouldn’t even send a terminally ill senior animal there to get euthanized. 2 stars because some of the nurses are very nice and empathic. But there are a lot of staff there who make fun of the patients and are only there solely for the pay. Like I said, I rather suffer. The mental health system is trash and this place is proof of that
