Nice parks in the area. Great paths
Clean and well built clubhouse for Waterford residents. Inside it contains a fitness room and a nice seating area with a kitchen connecting to it that is used occasionally for events. On the outside there is a fun little playground, a nice sand volleyball court and an enclosed pool that is decently sized and cleaned with a lifeguard always on duty.
