My mother was only there two months and she got a huge orange size boil that had to be lanced and strong antibiotics given on base of head. How is that possible if they bathe and also she was supposed to get a lotion applied to her head for psoriasis nightly. Then when visiting, I took her shoes off and she had huge blisters and her feet stank and her toes were very swollen, after stressing that due to her 90% blockage on her legs, extra care was to be taken that no wounds or blisters on her legs and feet. My mother was happy here until she began her final decline. The owner and manager was bullinging, rude, and deliberately did not follow the instructions of hospice. They lied to us, and my husband, who tried to calm things down, explained that her organs were all failing and he had spent the last week with her in the hospital and she was very lucid and wanted to have it over.
