My AC had stopped blowing cool air completely out of no where so I decided to go to Waterford Garage as its really short distance from my house. I only have good things too say. Polite… trustworthy (as the mechanic Travis did an awesome job fixing my AC). The price wasn’t out of this world, and the work speaks for itself!!!!!
Polite, to the point, excellent at explaining the problem, price more than fair, checked brakes all my lights and other essentials on the car that could be a issue in the future at no cost.
went to waterfordgarage to have my car work on they gave me a ride home and pick me up the prices were awesome got my car back the same day will return for more repairs in future
It's unfortunate that a star has to be selected at all for this business. I've read quite a few reviews on this place, and apparently nothing is ever Dave's (the miserable owner) fault, right? He likes to blame his customers for their accurately bad reviews of him and his business. Our alternator blew on Thursday in the middle of Pontiac and our mechanic is in Port Huron, where we live and it would've cost us $300 to have it towed there. If i could give no stars i would !! These guys always give me & my girlfriend problems when we take our car up there , very rude & inpatient! I took my car there 2 weeks ago to get my EVAP System replaced , the day of taking my car from them (after the fact of it being “fixed”) my car stalled in the middle of the road , something it’s never done before , & now two weeks later , the same EXACT code is popping up again !!
