The doctor was good, but everything else was a disaster. Policies changed without warning, follow-up visits were suddenly billed to our insurance, and communication was nonexistent. Even after five visits, the staff still treated us like new patients every time. No same-day appointments, either, even with the doctor being available. Overall, a circus.
Waterford Eye Care have been my clinic for almost 5 years now. I had a great experience at this clinic. The staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Tashina always have a smile on her face and she is very welcoming and friendly. Dr.G was very thorough during my eye exam and explained everything clearly. Neha was very helpful and accommodating with helping me select the glasses and frame I was looking for. I definitely recommend this clinic to everyone.
We appreciate the service they gave to our kids. Very friendly staff and very patience to our baby boy with spectrum.
I had my eye exam done by Dr. Thy Lee and the whole experience was amazing. She was patient, thorough, and explained everything clearly. The staff was friendly and the process was smooth from start to finish. I felt well taken care of and confident in the results. She is Highly recommended!
Dr. Le is phenomenal! Their expertise and warm demeanor made my eye exam a breeze. The staff is courteous, and the office is state-of-the-art. Highly recommend for exceptional eye care!
