I had my eye exam done by Dr. Thy Lee and the whole experience was amazing. She was patient, thorough, and explained everything clearly. The staff was friendly and the process was smooth from start to finish. I felt well taken care of and confident in the results. She is Highly recommended!

Dr. Vy Le is absolutely amazing! She is sweet, welcoming, respectful, professional, and very knowledgeable! She takes her time and explains things thoroughly. She also runs on time--which I'm not used to at doctor's offices. My elderly parents also see Dr. Ly and she looks after them very well. We all are very happy with Dr. Le at Waterford Eyecare and I highly recommend!!!
My mom has purchased eye glasses a couple months ago that are suppose to be transitions. They are not. She is a senior and I feel that she has been taken advantage of. She has gone in several times and the workers refuse to help and will not allow me to see the doctor.
