I strongly encourage families considering Waterford for a loved one to exercise extreme caution. Our family had a deeply troubling experience with Waterford's management, communication, and placement process. Despite going through the application process for the supportive care floors to meet my father’s health and mobility needs, the facility placed him in a unit on the independent living floor instead.
