Was supposed to design master plan for future project on initial work site, never committed to contract. He also has a bad temper and folds under pressure doesn’t like to answer his phone, only reaches out when it’s time to receive payments. Toliver was chosen by the development I was in to construct a 1500 sq foot building for me. His customer service was and is still horrible as I have tried contacting him about 6 lights that have failed in my building that are less than 3 years old and I have not be able to contact him to discuss. In this day, there are far too many other contractors that are hungry for work. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company.
