These guys forgot to add insulation to my building during construction and their inspector also missed it. This led to two years of incredibly high air conditioning bills for us and our air conditioner working overtime during these indian summers we have been having. I caught this issue when I was having cameras installed two years later. I purchased unit 2237, 101 and 102 on Ashley Oaks circle in 2020. I am very disappointed the way they have done the concrete slab because the moisture evaporates and since we have mats, the carpet gets wet. And now they are saying I can't park my commercial vehicles on the premises overnight? While the previous owner always parked his vehicles since 2005! Why? because I am a minority?
