Crap building. Parking is only valet and it's horrible. $$$ especially when they damage your car and won't pay. And special assessments aren't special when they happen with regularity. Management is uninterested in resident concerns. Poorly run building.
Has all the things I wanted in a condo: big windows and lots of light; spacious living areas, bedrooms, and balconies. Washer/Dryer in unit! Friendly building staff. The building has a ton of amenities including an indoor rooftop pool with a great view; outdoor roof top with a gorgeous view around the city, including Wrigley field and the lakefront; sauna, fitness center, party rooms, garage, access to the lake front, Disney magnet school next door, three bike rooms.
