I wouldn’t believe the good reviews on here. I’ve been here for 7 months now and it’s only gotten worse. There are roaches everywhere and I’ve never had roaches before. They come out from under the countertops in the kitchen. There are so many. But the worst of it is my air conditioning. I live in a small one bedroom. I have had maintenance out at my apartment probably 6 times within the past 4 months. My thermostat is only set to 78, yet my ac unit can’t keep up with that. I put in work order after work order. This complex has gone down so much since I first moved here. My ceiling still is not repaired or dryer vent the gym is trash broken equipment other people take big speakers so it’s very loud. Other tenants leave there kids alone and you find them outside crying having to call the cops. Now ours ac is not working and lol I was told no one can fix it. It’s going to be 100 degrees today so if you were looking to rent here I would not I had more reviews post here but they seem to have been deleted. Still not a good place to rent... read more
