THEY are LIARS and THIEVES! If you are planning to move there please reconsider. As the other review stated the administrator is always hide behind their employees. They lie to you and then she say that they did not said that and the verbal agreement are not allowed. I just wanted to let people know of a special place. I,ve been living at Waterford apts. , now for about 4 years.I am disabled and sometimes need help in various ways .The management here does a very good job at making their tennants feel comfortable ,and the maintenace team is very prompt and courteous .I feel fortunate to live here and plan to live here as long as possible. DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALLWeve been here more than 2 years ago(2008-20011), even they are in a good area and cheap they are not worthy, the Manager (Ruth) its a b--1tch, she is so nasty, unrespectfull, rude, racist, she will treat you worst than an animal and never have any consideration to you, always hide behind her staff whenever you go to make a complain/request, the ladys of the office are nice but the maintenance and the maintenance team sucks aswell, you will never have anything of your requests done even you go... read more
Ive been living here for over 14 years. No big issues to report. But like any apartment complex, you will get some maintenance people that should be shot for stupidity. I personally have never had a conflict with management about repairs. Then again, if someone is that choosy and demanding, then perhaps paying the extra \$500 extra for rent at another location will suit you better. Overall, its not a bad value.

If anyone trying to look for an apartment in the Tampa area i would suggest not to go to Waterford at Cypress Lake because all they do is steal your money they tell you anything to get you to pay more money My mother went to apply & after a month waiting they told her she needed to pay almost a 1,000 because of her credit (thats B.S)cuz she went to another appartment complex and in less than a week shes getting ready to move in for about 700 dollars less & on top of that they told her because she didnt give them a quick answ... read more
