Can never get a live person on the phone! So frustrating! I left messages for them to call me back about membership and no response. But, if I miss a payment they call you multiple times then text. It’s all about money and not customer service. Car wash is ok, never is clean this first time. Always have to do a second wash and still feel it’s not completely clean.
Vaccums are good and strong and free. The car wash bent my front license plate twice. Car came out really clean though!
